Plain english because we're trying to have fun here. These are the terms of your Intentional Joy Club membership.
What you're joining
A membership in the Intentional Joy Club: at least bimonthly dance parties, joy prompts, a members-only Facebook group, and a real say in what the club becomes. You're joining as a founding member, which means you're going to build this with me. Details may grow and change as the club takes shape.
Pricing
Membership is $5 a month. That's the founding member rate: as long as you stay a member, your price stays $5. When the price goes up for new members, existing members keep their rate.
Billing & renewals
Your membership renews automatically each month through Stripe. If a payment can't go through, Stripe retries it and emails you, and if it still can't be collected, your membership will be paused until it's sorted out.
Cancelling
Email intentionaljoyclub@brittanymartindejean.com to cancel anytime. Your membership ends before your next monthly charge, you keep everything you've already paid for.
Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, but months already paid for aren't refunded.
Being a good clubmate
This is a space for you to have fun on your terms, so long as that is done with kindness and respect for others. No harassing. No spam. No pitching. Anyone who goes against these rules will have their membership canceled to protect the safety and joy of the club.
Changes to these terms
