Intentional Joy ClubPrivacy Policy
Short version: we collect as little as possible, use it only for club things, and never sell it. Longer version below.
What we collect
Your name and email address, so we can send you invites, links, and club emails. If you join the club, the payment provider (Stripe) handles your payment and we never see or have control over your card details. If you fill out the intake survey, we collect your answers to make the club better, and they can be anonymous.
How we use it
To send invites, links, club emails, joy prompts, receipts for your membership, and the intake survey. That's it. We don't sell your info, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that make the club run: the email platform (Kit) and the payment provider (Stripe).
Emails & unsubscribing
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, so you can opt out of emails anytime — no email required, just click. Cancelling your membership and unsubscribing from emails are separate, so you can do one without the other.
At the party and in the group
Dance parties happen on Zoom. Camera optional — you can be off camera, change your name, and be completely anonymous. Parties are recorded so members who miss the fun can watch later. The Facebook group is optional; what you post there is between you and Facebook's own policies.
